- Move Mountains Co. is an award winning wedding photography, videography, and photo booth studio in Providence, Rhode Island. We are looking to hire an experienced photographer, videographer, and/or photo editor to help us at various weddings and events. We are looking for someone who is able to replicate our brand's style and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Above all we expect you to be professional and a team player. Responsibilities
* Take professional photos or video on location at various weddings and events in Rhode Island, Boston, and the Cape
* Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs and cinematic video
* Review sets of photographs and select the best results
* Edit photos using Adobe Lightroom
* Operate various equipment such as cameras, flashes, audio equipment, drones, etc.?
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a wedding photographer or videographer in a competitive industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Detailed knowledge of photography principles such as exposure and composition
* Willingness to cater to the Move Mountains brand and aesthetics
* Strong creative presence and artistic flair
* Self-motivated and able to take direction well
* Able to stand and move around for long periods at a time
* Flexible to travel to locations as required of the job
* Having your own gear is not required but definitely a plus!?
