- The selected candidate will assist in the website development of mobile application. Samples of work will be requested.
The candidate we seek is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about design. The right candidate will have the ability to not only design compelling ads appropriate for social platforms but can also assist in the design and production of intranets, extranets, and public-facing websites.
This position is well suited to someone with 1-2 years of professional experience or a recent college grad with a degree in a related field. Knowledge or the desire to learn more about digital marketing is also a plus.
*Responsibilities:
*Develop design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs, brand guides, and corporate business strategies.
Produce design concept and standards for intranet and internet websites and mobile sites.
Offer recommendations for page design, imagery, and graphics.
Assist our Digital Strategy team with the creation of social media advertising and reporting.
Create working web solutions from spec with full CSS, JavaScript, and HTML/HTML5.
Qualifications:
Required:
Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Ability to work on multiple projects efficiently and in a timely manner
Maintain electronic files in an organized manner.
Strong UX/UI design skills
Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
Ability to be creative and think critically
A clear and detail oriented communicator
Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to deliver highly polished web mock-ups
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in the following:
Knowledge and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, UX/UI, modern web standards and trends, HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript and ARIA accessibility as it pertains to the layout of branding for web pages.
Experience in graphic design for both RGB and CMYK projects.
Knowledge or experience with CMS platforms is a plus (Kentico, Wix, etc.)
Knowledge of SEO/Digital Advertising is a plus.
