- Description
- We are in the process of constructing a new build house. The design has been completed by an architect and information is available in both PDF and DWG formats. The architects do not have any 3D design capability in-house. We'd like to prepare an external and internal model of the house in SketchUp Pro and attach the current plans and CGI renderings for information.
The model should help us visualise in particular the internal design of the house by rendering walls, floors, ceilings (with our selected finishes) and perhaps even introducing lighting and other interior design features. Ideally we'd be able to use a VR headset to 'walk through' the house. There will be a kitchen design supplied by a kitchen manufacturer in SketchUp which could be snapped in to the model. Other product information for wall, door / window, floor and ceiling finishes will be available.
The product delivered should be refined and modifiable. We have a copy of SketchUp and may wish to adjust ourselves moving forward.
Proposals should include a fixed fee and examples of your previous work.
