Rebels is a professional social network aimed at taking on LinkedIn by being the go-to platform for professional development for the upcoming workforce, that is generation Z.
today’s generation (GenZ) is starting to graduate and enter the workforce, with a totally different persona than their older counterparts, they’re not afraid to voice their opinions, lobby for a better world or take on non-traditional jobs such as professional gaming, YouTube personality and so on..
Teenagers and youth in general, are eager to establish themselves professionally to make change, find a job and prove themselves, but have difficulty in doing so as the older generation overshadows and underestimate their abilities.
Currently Version 1.0 of rebels offers users the ability to create a profile, not just any profile, but a professional one with personalization aspects that can act as an online CV. What sets it apart from the competition is its structure and elements that allows you to demonstrate your uniqueness and personality.
To continue rebels mission, I require a UX/UI designer to design a "Jobs board functionality" along with a company profile to compliment the current user profile
tasks:
- Design UI UX of job board function with the appropriate features (filtering, etc) must make sense from a user perspective and employer perspective
- Map out the user journey of the job seeker and the job poster and design the screens accordingly so both audiences reach their end-goals
- figure out required user settings and screens for the full functionality of the proposed feature
- Design the company profile inspired by our current profile for users
- carry out research to determine what brands and companies want to showcase about themselves to appeal to Generation Z and stand out (for the company profile, so it looks cool and sexy, informative and logical)
the company's profile design must match the current user profile in style and abide by the brand kit, it must be logical and makes sense
