- Hello, my name is Josiah Perkins.
Recently a friend and I have started designing a Tabletop RPG system for fun and it has quickly been becoming more and more of a big deal. We are investing more and more time into it and I am hoping we could eventually release 1.0 this spring/summer.
I am looking for:
1) Artists, for some race, class, equipment, landscape, and cover art designs. We have some of the descriptions, we just need someone that does better than I am capable of.
2) PDF Designers, for formatting the rulebook. Typical 2 column rulebook with table of contents, background art, etc.
3) Writing Editors because as good as I am at English, I make mistakes.
At this point, we aren't able to pay a lot, so I will be saving up enough to cover the first version over the next several months. I will likely be sacrificing buying my new desktop and picking up a part time job to cover these costs, so please do not ask for anything unreasonable or make promises you can't keep. If you tell me that more than a month is needed, I am willing to extend the job duration and increase the hours. Just give me an honest quote of the time needed for a finished product.
What I'm asking for from you:
What you expect to be paid an hour/for the job and what you can promise to give during that hour.
For the Artists, price per piece is preferable.
For the PDF Editor, price per hour and pages during that hour if possible.
Lastly, for the Writing Editor, price per hour and the word-count per hour.
Please, feel free to ask any question you like, but the job will probably be ready to start in 3 stages with a month between each stage.
Stage 1, Artists.
Stage 2, Writing Editors.
Stage 3, PDF Editors.

1-3 months
1-10 Hours/wk
