- Hey,
I am looking for a long term co worker with amazing talent and skills in area of illustration and calligraphy for T-Shirts design.
Here are a few rules:
1.) I dont look for copy cats - each of your submitted designs will go though a automatic screening process. If you send me any stolen or second hands designs you can bet that you review will be a negative one
2.) You are required to provide drafts on PAPER so i can see the design from idea to realisation
3.) You are required to deliver in time - if we agree that a specific piece of work will be done within a week then there are no excuses
4.) You are required to provide some of your previous designs on PAPER as a reference - don't apply if you don't have a reference

3.) You will get an amazing review which will help you acquiring new clients - beside that I will recommend you to a German Based Merch Group which has more than 700 qualified people which can became your next client
Payments:
I pay a flexible rate between 5-7 USD per Design, depending of the quality you provide. I will request around 5-10 designs per week. If we can work together in a reliable way we can later on switch to a hourly contract.
