Need the kind of designers you find in Behance or Dribbble...
We have a very cool direction for a new campaign and we need to build out designs
If you also do mo-graph? that is a plus. (even if you have to do it through Spark or other)
If you can do simple 3D animation too? even more of a plus!
* A designer with some CD leadership qualities preferred
* Can research and ideate design concepts in low fidelity mockups
* Can design a rational around communication strategy given
* UX/UI abilities
* Can complete designs to full , high-fidelity production level
* Can do basic mo-graph animation (even if it needs to be done in Spark or simpler tools)
* Can hit delivery deadlines on or ahead of schedule
* Can communicate issues before they happen
* Is not juggling a ridiculous amount of projects at the same time
* has passion to push their work to new levels and be portfolio worthy.
You will start with a styleguide and messaging
Also, we're seeking someone who is passionate enough to create something they would be proud to showcase in their portfolio...
Those who we respond to will be sent a short video that breaks down all the deliverables we need.
