- I am wanting to build a Bohemian indoor . outdoor extension - the idea of this is to add on an extra 2.75meters onto the back of the house. It is south-facing so we want to capture as much of the sunlight as possible, using as many windows as possible. The roof will be a mono-pitch coming off the main house (all glass if possible with narrow aluminum supports). There will be bi-folds opening out into the garden so that when it's warm enough the whole space opens up into the garden. The funtionality is for a dining table and a Moroccan style sun-lounge area. The dining room will come off the main kitchen, meaning that when cooking / in the kitchen you will be able to see into the garden. It will not be twee in any way, but rather boho in style.
I need construction drawings and an idea of how to re-design my kitchen afterwards. There is also going to be a bike shelter round the side of the house which I need to incorporate.
At the same time we're also building an Amazing Shed in the garden for my son. I am getting the plans for this together myself but could probably do with a bit of guidance / input from a professional...it will incorporate a bedroom, loo and pool room whilst not dominating the look of the garden.
Neither of the projects need planning permission, so I just need construction drawings and an idea of what materials to use on the shed to make sure it is warm all year round and weatherproof.
I'm based in Fallowfield and ideally would like to get both the projects started in about a month or so...can you help?
