- I am looking for a project model which is pretty simplistic so apologies if beneath your skillset. I have a marquee business and when a job is booked in, it triggers a sequence of tasks that need to be completed. It would be really useful for me to have a model which enables me to upload a job then select actions required from a dropdown (for example) which then links into a calendar with alerts etc. On selecting each variable these will then populate a 'job' master sheet which can then be used to cross check on the day of the job. So by way of example I have listed a simplified job and the follow on tasks for illustrative purposes.
Job booking - take deposit - kit requirements list (create from drop down) book furniture (selection of suppliers) - book toilets (selection of suppliers) - pay furniture deposit (calendar alert) - pay furniture deposit (calendar alert) - book staff - book site visit - take full payment - pay 3rd party suppliers in full - load vehicles for job (based on kit requirements) - log staff hours on day - damage/inventory after job - pay staff - end.
Hopefully this makes sense but happy to answer any questions. I guess it could be a spreadsheet with lots of drops downs for each variable but happy to be led my your suggestions.
