- Description
- We are a loan company that has recently taken a new funding line and need to publish our loan criteria and rates. We have effectively butchered our funder's guide and chopped it up a little. We added some text to page 1 that should pop out to our mortgage brokers but basically need this to be designed in a fun way and very graphical. We are a very laid back company and prefer graphical guides than mountains off text - we have removed over 1500 words from our funder's version!
Ive attached our logo and pictures, I like to use Exo as a font but im flexible on this.
Ideally we will be able to edit this document in future but that isn't a deal breaker provided revisions are sensibly priced
If this goes well we may need the same person to redesign all of our loan documentation which is around another 50 pages of work as well as all of our credit and policy guides which are collectively about 3000 pages.
