- I need a poster for an alt rock in San Diego for two alt rock bands. The details are:
Date: July 16th
Location: Winston's, Ocean Beach
The two bands are:
Martyrs for Mayhem
Jam Packed
We would like to keep on with the same theme as our last show poster (attached) and have it be illustrated. It would be really nice to keep with the GTA-style theme, too, though we are certainly open to fresh ideas.
Also, whereas the last show was at 710, this one is at Winston's. The last show was called "Chaos at Crystal Pier," but we want to name the next show "Sinners of Sunset Cliffs." (The names are references to landmarks in the Pacific Beach and Ocean Beach areas where the clubs reside.
We need this within the next week or so, unfortunately.

martyrs for mayhem are a 3-piece alt-rock band from san diego that blend aggressive street rock and psychedelia. if you took grunge rock, wrongfully imprisoned it for 20 years and then tried to release it into modern everyday society, it would sound like martyrs for mayhem. smashing pumpkins meets nirvana.
jam packed are a 5-piece alt-rock band from pacific beach that blend punk, funk, and psychedelic rock into a raucous fury that should be immediately outlawed. their live show energy and charisma are like a cosmic rodeo colliding with an underground speakeasy afterparty. ramones meet stroke 9.
