This project is re-posted by amending the requirement since we could not find anyone responding with proven skills in both graphic design and building a Joomla template. The amended project is limited to providing a creative design for the following Joomla web site and supply a Photoshop file. No need to build the Joomla template.
Need a simple creative design suitable for a 'crowd funding' portal built
in Joomla 3.x. The deliverable is a Photoshop file after presenting a few web design options for selection and approval.

Web Designer quoting for this project MUST have a portfolio of web design work done in the past and demonstrated ability to propose a few concepts and after confirmation create a Photoshop file that can be used by another vendor to convert into installable Joomla 3.x template.
Must have completed at least 5 creative web designs.
Please present 5 of your web design graphic images and corresponding live web site url.
Without these references your quote will not be shortlisted for consideration.
The successful bidder must provide 3 GUI design options to choose from.
The Photoshop file must contain images that are either free of copyright or paid images with the right to use in the finished web site.
