- I have a complex 2 page PDF form that I would like optimised. The form is used by Doctors to report on medical issues and there are over 150 fields (mostly Check boxes) The layout of the form is currently exactly what it should look like but there are some things I would like changed.
Reduce number of fonts used to a minimum and removing embedded fonts and replacing with standard generally available equivalents.
Remove all text, lines and other objects currently outside of printable range.
Clean up paths and other unnecessary objects within the document.
Keep form at A4 size.
The form is currently over 1MB in size and after some basic clean-up still around 800KB. The form is to be used as part of an automated workflow and I would like to get the file size as small as possible.
Text boxes/paragraphs cleaned up so that each text block is distinct. I believe the form may have originally been created from a paper based form and there is a lot of strange text blocks.
I would like to ensure that the form is as compatible as possible (fonts, etc)
I would like 4 versions of the document produced
- One that includes control fields (Reset form, Print, etc) as currently displayed
- A clean version with no controls
- The above 2 options in both a red and blue theme. Example will be given of red theme.
I would like work completed ASAP.
