- Impressed by your profile. I am a youtube filmmaker making a comedy about a fictional gaming company. In the film, I want to be able to show "in-game" what the actors are looking at/interacting with. I have created 3D models and environments and trying to establish the best workflow to "parent" my actors' skeletal and facial data (captured during filming) onto the models so they are organized and named to be "triggered" inside our Unity environments so I can use virtual cameras to export the final "scenes."
I am looking for a quote and timeline to send you a dropbox folder with each Maya Character and each Action or Line of Dialogue for that character. You would parent and clean up the animations and return a single Unity Character File that included all the Action and Dialogue, compatible with Unity and organized with a Animation Controller to trigger each command.
Experimenting with this workflow to consider long term for more ambitious projects.
