- Hy,
The task is very easy for somebody experienced or using the right set of tools.
I have several 3D pdf documents where inside there is a 3D model for viewing purpose.
The problem is that, the model inside can be turned around manually only.
I wish to take this model and have it rotate automatically around. Nothing more nothing less.
The problem is that I have tried doing this with several external software but none works.
They do enrich the document and make the model spin around but for some reason it doesn't show the colors or materials anymore of the model. ( bug in software). I have used for this PDF3D.
Since this is an adobe file I'm guessing this can be done with Adobe software as well like animate, illustration or other adobe software.
(Possible that it can be done by applying a javascript to the 3DPDF document as well.. not sure..)
Im looking for a quick fix because I have many files and I wish to do it myself so if you can do 1 model and explain i will do the rest. So far this 3DPDF is problematic due to poor support or compatibility with other software. This is not a difficult nor a job that takes many hours. This is a skill that must be applied by a person who is familiar with these kind of files or skills.
As you can see 1 file does not rotate. This is the original file. The other ''test'' file is one that does rotate but the software is bugged and does not display the color or materials anymore of the original file.
