Merging bulk-generated QR codes and CSV file info into InDesign

Hi everyone,
I will provide you the image design, it will be in 2 different sizes (6 per A4, and then 8 or 10 per A4), almost the same content, one sample is attached "tarjeta_andes_final.pdf" for you, I will modify it to let you space for QR code and a text content.
I'm also attaching it to you 2 other files, one CSV and one ZIP, with QR codes in it, just 100 as a demo.
What I need you to do is to merge the QR codes and one column of the CSV called "Table". It will be 4 groups, with different, but almost similar design, more or less this quantity:
Group 1: 1200
Group 2: 1000
Group 3: 1250
Group 4: 1150
I need the result of the work in PDF files, so I could print and cut easily. Please if you need further information, don't hesitate to contact me, I need this ASAP.
