Garcia, was struck and injured at an accident scene Jan. 28, 1994, in Lexington, SC. Garcia was listed at fault, leading to his work to create a law to protect other emergency responders. SC’s version (SC 56-5-1538) passed in 1996, and was revised in 2002
Sometimes we forget the Life flight crew who is part of the emergency responce team that sometimes comes in a persons time of need They fall under the same need for public to be aware of SDMO even if landing zones are provided lets see what one of kind design we can come up with to support both life flight crews around the world and slow down move over laws when they are deployed to a call on the road way
