- Description
- Looking to contract out an Interior Designer with 5-10 years experience with strong attention to detail, accuracy and a fresh perspective to read and understand Interior Design drawings/Interior Design contract documents. Must be experienced with AutoCAD and must show a portfolio of past work to be considered for the job. Will be an integral part of the process in developing the Interior Design contract documents. The documents consist of a full concept set of approximately 30 pages, a specification package of approximately 40 pages, and drawing package of approximately 40 pages.
Requirements:
• Examine contract documents prior to the Principal's final proof
• Cross-referencing specifications to drawings and highlighting errors and possible confusion
• Mark in colour on the PDF any discrepancies or things that don’t make sense
• Sketch and provide further detail/solutions
• 48-hour window turn around with a 1 week in advance booking
A more in-depth explanation and a checklist of how things should be checked will be provided prior to starting. Furthermore, prior to the commencement of work, it is required to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement.
