- I have 4 level Duplex House that needs to be rendered realistically.
Right now I have the CAD plans and a Sketchup Model. Let me know if Vray with Sketchup will produce good results or does this need to be done on 3DS Max?
You should have a good library of realistic plants and trees and finishes. Let me know what you have in your furniture library. I need to see your previous projects. Maybe I can use some of the furniture.
-The Sketchup Models needs to be adjusted to match the plans.
-7 views: 1 exterior front, 1 exterior back, 1 main kitchen area, 1 main living area, 1 bath, 1 stairs, 1 stairs view. I will give you plan to show you which areas to render. This is a duplex, so we are only rendering one side, because the other side is the same, just mirrored.
I will supply materials board, so you know what materials to use. And also what furniture. ( unless you have furniture we can use already). Once we do the first rendering, I will be making adjustments to the finishes to get it look good.
I will need the original source files once done.
Please send me links to your portfolio and give me an approximate quote for this project. I will be leaving this ad up for a bit, as I am looking for the right person to do this job. Let me know how long this will take. Please factor in that I will be making revisions, etc.
Looking for experienced person. This is one project, but I'm looking for an ongoing rendering person to work with me for other projects. Again, if you have a good library to use, this would be ideal.
Let me know what the best rendering method is for interiors and exteriors. Right now it seems like Vray with Sketchup?
