1. Basement floor:
A. Car parking for 6 cars.
B. Gym.
C. Multipurpose lounge.
D. Storage.
E. Driver's room with toilet.
* The lounge has a glass view over a small
afforestation area.
* The driver's room is located very far from the other rooms in the basement and cannot use these rooms either
* Total area = (400 – 450) m2
2. Ground floor:
A. Living room.
B. Toilet .
C. Dining room.
D. Dirty kitchen.
E. Clean kitchen.
F. Sub entrance (for guests).
G. Guest room.
H. Guest toilet.
I. Main entrance (for the family).
J. Main stair.
K. Elevator.
L. Service stair.
M. Family toilet .
N. Bed room with toilet.
* Separate the guest room and guest toilet from the rest of the house, with the possibility of using the dining room from the living room and guest room so the dining room will be open from two sides with two doors.
* Total area = (300 – 400) m2
3. First floor:
A. Five bedrooms with toilet for each room.
B. Two master bedrooms with toilet and dressing and sitting room.
