I run a UK leadership consultancy and we are specialists in training leaders in having difficult conversations. Our core workshop has not attracted interest globally and other consultancies around the world would like to license what we do. However, one of our core models is too similar to another persons model and we do not wish to get into an IP difficulties, so we want to redesign the model.
I'm looking for someone with instructional design know how and ideally a creative graphic capability t help me re-imagine and redesign a different model but one that still has the core components within it.
This could lead to lots of other work if your interested in developing experiential workshops and learning. I'm also about to start a much bigger project on a new product around mental well being that I hope will make a big contribution to mental well being globally.
I don't want to upload our models/IP until I've had chance to have some dialogue with potential freelancers, and we would need you to sign an NDA before you work with us.
