- Hi there - I am advising and assisting a new startup business and it needs a logo and identity in order to start communicating with targeted clients. we can start very simply because speed is important. The business is going to be called Complete Property Solutions, the url is www.compprops.co.uk. The business provides a service to estate agents whereby it books, undertakes and files Inventories for the real estate rental market either before a new tenant moves in or immediately after a tenant has moved out. The services are all delivered via an innovative cloud based inventory management system (which is still being upgraded from an existing legacy system) - it is trying to be future proofed without being rocket science. The logo could perhaps be developed around the words 'comp props' - alternatively it might simply be an ident or mark that is linked to the company name. To be successful the company must be reliable, accurate, cost effective and pleasant to deal with. To thrive the company will need to be innovative, engaging and its software solution must get integrated into the wider estate agency technology ecosystem.
