- I need a logo design for new professional consulting business. It is an economics consulting practice called Atlas Urban Economics based in Sydney and operationally nationally in Australia. The name 'Atlas' draws inspiration from Atlas the greek mythical god of the titans who carried the weight of the heavens on this shoulders. These days Atlas is commonly depicted with the globe on his shoulders, and its the inspiration for maps and cartography. Perhaps a silhouette of Atlas in the background could be an idea. The tagline that goes with Atlas Urban Economics is "Insight Value Outcomes"
The consulting business provides advice to clients (government and private sector) on how to plan for land uses in cities, what kind of property development should be planned for and in what locations. The advice helps shape cities and neighbourhoods.
The first stage of work is the logo design.
The second stage of work is stationery design (letterhead, report templates, business cards, etc.)
The third stage of work is website design.
The first stage is the most urgent. I don't mind if you quote for only the first stage of work, or 2 stages, or all 3 stages.
The design will need to reflect the professional services sector within which the business operates. It will need to be professional, to a certain extent look corporate, and inspire confidence in clients who are looking for city-shaping professional advice.
