- My name is Yasmine Cooper and I'm the Global Linguistics Recruiter at Wordbank. We are a small marketing localization agency located in London and Denver, USA. We help clients take their marketing materials to the global market through translation, digital marketing, and design services.I am currently looking for a Norwegian and Finnish-speaking graphic designer to help us with some work for an important client.
We have a test opportunity with this client that involves designing/localizing some title images for them for their TV series from US English into Norwegian and Finnish. They are providing the translations but want some design options from us on their title images. We've worked with them for other markets and they are interested in doing a trial with us for Norwegian and Finnish. We are doing a test case and if all goes well, will be tasked with handling ongoing work for them. We are looking to build a team of reliable designers to each take a few titles for the trial. And then if the work continues, we’d love for you to be on the team long-term, ideally working with you on a flat fee per title basis for this.
We are looking for designers who are able to create designs from scratch based on detailed specs and a brief, who can provide consultation on design based on what will work for Norwegian and Finnish audiences, and who are excited about working in a deadline-driven team environment in a virtual capacity. You’d also need to have access to Photoshop and Illustrator, plus experience with 3D typography and design. We'll be managing the workflow through JIRA, our project tracking system, of which we can provide training.
