- Description
- We are a mortgage company and have taken over the sales process of 3 properties from our loan book. We've booked a full page advert in the press for two weeks and need both text and design for the print job. This is needed by 14:00 on MONDAY 14th APRIL. As this is the print deadline.
Property 1 below is for sale as a 2 bedroom property
Property 2 is a 3 bed property we want to make a big deal that it sold on the first open day
There is a third still under construction that again we want to push that it is in its final stages - 2 weeks to completion - and buyers can customise certain aspects if offers are made quickly before it is completed

Print guidelines are attached as a pdf and the size advert that we have booked is:

We are looking for this to be a little different to the usual advert to really stand out. The advert attached was the agency attempt and this wasn't exactly inspiring. We need to push the third property, the one for sale and also the fact one has already sold leaving only two left. We are also looking to add there are offers available to first time buyers as well.
Buyers in this area are typically either first time buyers or (more often) people downsizing.
The advert's call to action is to contact the estate agency which needs to be prominently advertised (Colebrook Sturrock) - the details are on the advert they designed attached and on Rightmove as well. They MUST be prominently displayed as we need people calling them for appointments. Viewing is by appointment only so please ignore the references to an open day as this was last week
The text from the original adverts are for info only - it can be used but to reiterate we are looking for someone to create the entire advert including text AND design.
