- Description
- Looking for a brand-aligned pdf form that my clients can edit once they've placed an order with us. I want the form to be really easy to use and navigate with clear instructions (provided.) Must match our brand colours and be very visually appealing. The document will be roughly 10 pages long, although pages 3-7 will be exactly the same.
Attached is our current form. As you can see, the form is very basic and the feedback has been that it is a bit too complicated for our clients to understand. The aim is the same, most pages are user inputs where they reference back to a 'template page'.
All copy/logo/templates/images etc will be provided.
I would like the form to be designed better and be more functional.
The form must be able to be sent to clients via email and filled out by them.
