- Description
- I have notes of a building survey and I will require this drawn up in dwg format and set up to scale using templates I will send you. I will then need a single storey extension added with a flat roof to show a kitchen extension. Some existing walls internally may be removed.
I need this done in stages- stage 1- draw up survey
Floor plans
Sections x2
Elevations x4
Part site plan (floor plan with boundaries shown)
I will the draw on the proposed design (on paper) and send scanned images
I then need the proposal drawing up
To include
Floor plan (dimensioned)
Section x2
Elevations x3 (one will be unaffected)
Site plan (as above)
The proposal should show wall construction (ie cavity wall, insulation and internal stud walls- showing studwork and insulation)
Show in dashed the walls removed
Section should show wall construction and indicative foundations.
Include my notation (this will be emailed to you) on its own layer.
The construction detailing (ie insulation and studs) should be on its own layer
I will send over a document outlining the specific drawing standards required (line weights/ scales/ font etc)
The timescale will be one week from instruction, and I would expect a first draft within 2/3 days to allow for amendments.
The proposal should be to UK standards/ regulations
If you could show me similar work examples it would be useful. The price is indicative please do quote for a complete service, competitively.
