- Please find the attached house plan sketches. I have put some measurements but for X,Y,X they should accommodate wheel chair friendly environment as we have a member of the family who is disabled. If there is a provision on bedroom 1 to have toilet and bath to accommodate disabled persons please do add. Roof should be designed the other side facing north in order to accommodate solar panels as in my homestead solar panels should face north. Parking area should accommodate 4x4 long cars eg. Ford Range, Land rover discovery. The 4 pillars of the parking area should use engineered concrete pillars and the span which is 600cmx600cm should not have middle pillars in between esp on the direction the cars drive in from. I just want to have one double garage door instead of 2. The floor level should be one throughout the building. The lounge french Door please note it. There is a door through the dining area to out side. I didn't put windows as I have left it to the designer. I have put the East, north and west. The main entrance door is through the garage. I hope its detailed. All wadropes should have depth of 80cm. I want space to accommodate suits freely. All bedrooms should accommodate TVs, Internet Network services and service points should be included in the drawing. 3D and 2D designs should be submitted together with a bill of quantities (no costing needed. A revert 3D file is needed as well.Foundation is 600cm. All measurements given are in cm. All internal walls are made up of single brick line. All outside wall is double brick line. This is a rural home in Africa not subject to inspections but safety is a priority. A building must be safe. Delivery 30th of January 2020
