Design & implement services section on a wordpress site

- Hi, I am rolling out a new website, already have deployed a good wordpress theme but need some design work done for a section of the site . I have 12 services defined in a powerpoint and need this translated to:
a) a graphic design for the 12 services on the main landing page with some small wording, each element is representing this service
b) a detail services page design where the user would go if he/she wants more details on this service. there is an existing page template in the existing wordpress site/template so that simply needs to be tweaked .
There are a few other considerations but will discuss these with the freelancer that gets the job. There is more work that needs to be done on this site which will be follow up work.
I expect:
- 3 options for the 12-services design element on the main landing page and then a few iterations on the chosen design. Ideally some cool wordpress widgets or something..
- 1 updated design for the details page template, a few iterations, some of the landing page design needs to come back. there is an existing templete we just need to have it cleaned up a bit.....
- the above being implemented on the site.
The additional work will come after this...
I am new to this site, but many years using upwork.com and just wanted to go somwhere else for a change. Too many freelancers are complaining about upwork.....
