- Description
- We run an online music video streaming platform with over 15M users for a company with over 60M downloads. We are trying to find people to help lead onboarding sessions for new content creators. Specifically, we are content creators sign up for various time slots, and then they join a Google Hangout call where the host (you) will walk them through how to post their first piece of content on our platform.
This is a long-term position, and we’re looking for people that have great communication skills, are reliable, and have a positive working attitude. During the session you will need to be an expert on how to use our platform, answer questions for the new content creators, and use good judgement for who passes your inspection to stream on our platform. Afterwards, you’ll need to send a debrief to the team about the experience and track how many showed up, how many went on, and provide detailed explanations for problems blocking content creators from streaming.
