- Hello,
I am looking to receive a quote for the following projects. Once you have determined whether this is a project that you are able to take on I would be more than happy to discuss details with you. I am looking for one person to take on all of the projects to ensure brand consistency.
1. Employee Bio Template in PDF – we have a template created in word and would just need this in PDF format where our staff can edit the content of their bio as needed.
Ideally, we would want editable fields in a PDF since we would not want to make edits to the design/layout but rather just fill the blanks in the template with information.
2. Newsletter template in HubSpot – For Employees – we haven’t had one before
3. Customer Newsletter in HubSpot – This will be very similar to the employee template. Just a colour change.
4. Case Study Template in InDesign or Illustrator
5. HubSpot Landing Page/Email Template (All of these will be very similar
a. Webinars/Whitepapers etc. (These are all the same in layout – we would just need a different banner for each to distinguish.
b. Follow Up Emails – Post webinar or post download email. Also the template would be the same but the branding would match its landing page.
c. Account Manager Emails
6. Win Notes HubSpot Email Template
In terms of functionality, I want to be able to simply fill out the template with the appropriate information. We do not need control of design changes on our end, just to be able to employ the empty fields and then send it out. Ideally, the template would have the following content:

a. Banners for Social
We are looking to create a brand image that would be used across all platforms.
We are looking to launch a lot of campaigns as soon as possible and so I am looking to be able to get work started as soon as possible!
