- Are you familiar with the self-publishing process in print and how to obtain EAN numbers. Would that still be amazon or anyone else. Do you prepare books to be sold in print and do you know any printers who can deliver it? I am looking for someone who can complete the whole process rather than just leave me with a beautiful book without EAN number and without a clue how to sell it.
The project is two short books, they are instruction manuals for sailing. The text needs to be prepared for publishing in a crisp easy to read style, with various ticks in the beginning of some sentences, where I describe processes etc. There will also be some illustrations involved. I'm in conversation at present with several illustrators. And I will need book cover, EAN numbers and printers who will print them. One of the books will be in A5 and the other in A4. I will provide photos for the covers, which will be mostly the photo, however they will still need a professional design.
The A4 book is around 55 pages, which is a table. There isn't much to be done on it, I need a crisp easy to read font on that, and a softer colour scheme, as my Word colours are too bright.
The other book A5 size, is an instruction manual that will involve lots of ticks, bullet points and careful formating of the text plus some illustrations. That will be around 30-40 pages.
