- Aloha Chris !
This is George from Hawaii author of 'Straight Up To The Stars.' It has been much longer than I anticipated before I'm ready for the next Covers & Spine. I still hope that you can remember me. I trust to find you doing well and in health.
I managed to create a not so good rough drawing of what I want you to create for me, but it may serve the purpose to help you achieve the intended result. This is what I want you to read before you jump into it, Chris:
* This book will be used in Book Signing Events, or similar setups. The people I talk too will be at approximately 15 to 25 feet from where I stand on. I will display the book in its horizontal position as opposed to the standard which is vertically.
* The purpose of displaying the book horizontally is for people to clearly see the title 'What If It Is True.' Do not take dimensions in my rough drawing as final. My drawing is intended to ONLY give you the concept that I have in mind.
* You choose a font that is ~within reason~ bold enough to make the letters stand out clearly. You also decide on the font size. I prefer sanserif to avoid decorations that may counteract 'clarity.'
* I want the background color to be the same gorgeous red that you used in 'Straight Up To The Stars.' That red will help make the title stand out even more.
* You decide on the size of the picture, but not too small. I want the reader to identify the Black Gate located at the picture's bottom right.
* There are not many options where to place the Sub-title and my first name and surname. For the sake of consistent looks among the covers, I would prefer the same font and colors for the sub-title as well as my first name and surname.
Book Size - Number of Pages - Cream Color Paper - All remain unchanged.
