- Hello Designers! I have a theme in mind and am looking for just the right design from which to create a car and/or refrigerator magnet and possibly, other merchandise. To be clear, the design would have to lend itself to production as a magnet. An example of a similar type product would be the popular Keep Christ in Christmas magnets.
All rights associated with the image, the idea and everything related to both would become my sole property if your design is selected. The payment for this project would consist of your initial bid and also, to be paid later, some percentage of sales of the item from the year it is offered. Thus, if the design is successful, the total payout could conceivably be in the high four figures, or even higher.
So as to try to keep this coming new product under wraps from would be competitors, the theme of the magnet will be shared only with those selected for final competition. By submitting a proposal, you agree that the idea and theme of the magnet are to remain completely confidential and acknowledge that any breaches in confidentiality can lead to financial damages. Some initial ideas relating to the potential deliverable will be shared with those who move to the next level.
