Selina is a hospitality brand. We were born out of a desire to celebrate the nomadic lifestyle. Our ecosystem consists of Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Tours, Wellness, Education, Development, Real Estate, Co-Working, Art & Design, Community Impact, Education, Surf, Sales, Marketing, and Technology.
What we need
We are looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support a number of hospitality projects that we have within the UK.
Selina currently has 4 developments within the UK and we need support on an on-going ad-hoc basis, we envisage this project will last for a least 3-6 months and will need someone that is able to work flexibly.
Ideally, we want someone that could come into our office on the days they are supporting the project.
The project deliverables are:
- deliver three DAS
- planning application process
- drawing package for building extension
To be considered you should meet the following criteria and be based in London.
2+ years of experience RIBA stages 1-3
Working knowledge of project terminology and requirements
Good organization, verbal and written English skills
Strong computer skills including Excel
Autocad, Revit, Indesign, Sketchup
Flexibility of schedule; travel as necessary and flexible working hours
