- Description
- I require an architect with experience of UK building control and a comprehensive knowledge of UK Building Control to produce detailed construction drawings for the builder to follow and to submit to building control for a mansard roof and outrigger loft conversion (see drawings). Also for the renovation of the ground and first floor.
Detailed drawings to include all construction elements and materials, electrical plans, plumbing plans, joinery plans, window / door schedules, etc.
Must work quickly and efficiently delivering the first round of drawings within 48 hours of being awarded the project.
I will provide existing drawings in CAD and PDF and tell you which amendments I require.
Your work is to be provided in CAD and PDF at each stage.
At least 3 rounds of revisions / amendments to be included in the price.
