- I am looking for an artist to draw and animate a number of characters for a roughly 4.5 minute video.
I will provide a rough description of each monster or character appearance and overall color, it is up to artist to work within the guidelines to create unique art and animations.
26-30 unique characters (one for each letter in the alphabet, plus a few letters with more than one character).
2d animations.
Most characters will be Monsters. Many 'non-human' in appearance. I.E. tentacles, eyestalks, wings etc. And may have more joints than a human model because of extra appendages.
Each character should have several moving limbs/sections, joints, and blinking eyes. (Arms, legs, head, tentacles, waist, wings, etc.)
MONSTERS SHOULD BE 'KID FRIENDLY'/cartoon in appearance. (Think monsters Inc, or Southpark Cthulhu, or Youtube Super Simple Songs Characters, as examples).
Animation will be:
Each character moving from off-screen to on-screen, then dancing, waving arms, blinking, and/or other actions for about 10 seconds, then moving offscreen to be replaced by a new character.
Additional. 4-6 basic animated backgrounds to be used throughout the animation (I.E, a cave, stormy night, star filled sky, cityscape, the arctic)
No sound or audio is required. I will personally edit in the music and audio.
Artist must be willing to sign an agreement that I will retain 100% of the rights to the characters. Artist may not resell or reuse the characters in other projects and I will retain all rights for future use, editing, etc.
When complete I will also want the animation files, Models, etc, so that I may use the animation and characters again on my own as needed in the future projects.
I would prefer animator to work within and provide files compatible with Cartoon Animator 4 (CrazyTalk Animator), but I am willing to discuss this.
