- Description
- We are looking for a junior 3DS Max artist to help on a pitch for a client. This is more suited to a student or junior due to its simplicity
As part of the pitch, we need to create a simple floorplan to be used in an App, and need someone to block out the model and surrounding details and supply a clean 2018 3DS Max file.
The model will consist of
190 retail units (all boxed out individually, same height and we will adjust heights and details accordingly later)
Main Walkway
Car Park Area
and drop some generic trees ideally into set locations.
We will be able to supply a full EPS file of the site with suitable supporting reference images of the relevant shops, floorplans, tree locations, car park etc to keep it straight forward. We would need the 2D floorplan as the underlying plan to the model (so as the base floor texture).
Delivery of a 3DS Max file, ideally with retail, car park, trees on a separate layer (not essential but ideal!)
References attached are
- the floorplanning 2018GES example, which shows the underlying floorplan and model above it
-The floorplan (1) is a good example of the site scale (its not actually this site, but think this as 185 retail units.
- Festivaloflife shows the buildings individually as a further example
With any proposal, please include a cost, and time frame as well as any questions. We are looking at getting this started tomorrow ideally (Friday). Also, if you have any other examples of 3D work, its definitely worth sending those so we know for other projects
