Someone who is well-experienced with 3DS Max, Photoshop, Substance, Zbrush, and Unreal Engine 4. I need sample video of your work.
Technical Skills Needed:
Architecture visualization (Archi-Viz)
Improving and cleaning architecture 3D model meshes including Revit, ArchiCAD and Sketchup files (optimizing BIM 3D models for gaming engines)
Should be able to create a 3D BIM model from a 2D floor plan/pdf
3d box modeling/ creating 3D assets like furniture and other similar objects
Creating high quality, low poly assets
UV Mapping (Lightmaps) in 3DS Max
Lighting tools and processes using Unreal Engine 4
Creating materials and textures
Excellent portfolio showing finished models/projects
Skills:
