2D Game Character Design for RPG Game

- Looking for a graphics artist work on a fantasy RPG game. Ideal candidate is able to create game characters, design city/world/dungeon graphics & layout, and UI design.
First item is a game character. This would be a male, with an over-sized sword. Overall style would be similar to the attached (characters.png). Playful, fun, but not childish.
Note : not interested in pixel art style, overall look/feel like the attached image (characters.png).
The character should have all limbs/items on different layers in the .psd file. For example, upper arm, lower arm, hand, sword, upper leg, lower leg foot, and so on...
The character should be shown in 4 different views :
- front (walking towards you/camera)
- back side (walking away from you/camera)
- side view (walking from right to left only, not left to right)
- battle view (traditional rpg battle view, like attached)
Final resolution hasn't been determined yet. Please create in high resolution so it can be down-scaled later.
Delivery expected within 1 week of order.
