Hi there,
I'm a Multilingual Customer support Specialist with a high exposure in customer service, Virtual Assistance and online Social media marketing for almost 10 years. I'm well-versed in email handling, online chat and telephone support when comes to interacting with French, German and English speaking customers.
Providing added value information or sorting any type of issues related to the companies' products and services have always been my concern. I'm a detailed oriented person, go-getter, a results driven worker and well-disciplined, determined that strive me for keeping up with outstanding results.
I have been playing different roles within the business process outsourcing industry such as customer service executive, Live Chat Support, Virtual Assistant and sometimes, taking ownership of some translation projects. As a business process owner, and having the privilege of being involved in various companies processes such as (HR Delivery, E-commerce, companies supply chain, social medias platforms.....etc) and working closely with people ( coworkers, managers, team units, customers, stakeholders...etc) led me to get familiar with CRM applications tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Shopify, and much more other online applications that have triggered me all combined to make me stand out of from the crowd.
Lastly as a social media expert, i have been performing the role of either online community manager (increasing the visibility of companies' audience) or a moderator's role involved in the cleaning works such as deleting bad comments of unhappy customers that might have huge impact on the company's image.
