- I was working with another consultant and he was unable to complete the task due to illness. Was wondering if you can take on the project, please have a look over my notes and the current attached document.

Please see below comments regarding 3rd Party Terms:
1) I would prefer not to list a reference to 3rd party services, as I'd like to keep clients from knowing who my service providers are. There is a handful I'm ok with listing, such as Google, CloudFlare, Stripe, PayPal. For the others, can't we copy/paste from their website and change the company name, then creating a separate URL for each, http://example...adecor.com/termsandconditions/website-builder. We'd use that link as the reference within the T&C main page.
2) Are we able to put the following "Subject to payment of the relevant fees" as a statement in the header paragraph that would relate to all the points rather than having to list it in each point?
3) I would like to state that fees may change without notice, which would relate to any 3rd party service. Also, any free services may warrant a different service plan which may merit a cost for the service, example...CloudFlare is free but they offer paid services if need be. I wouldn't want the client to be under the impression that any CloudFlare services are covered by us if we feel that their website requires a paid plan.
4) Looks like you missed Website Hosting
5) Website Builder, you may remove the piece about SSL. I'd like to add something that says, Adecor is not responsible for updating a website unless included in a service plan. What I'm trying to get at here is people expect us to update their website for free and think it comes with paying a monthly service plan (usually covers hosting and other fees). We do offer a plan that covers a limited amount of updates.
6) Domain registration, I would also like to include something about communication of renewal notices. Often times our system will send out renewal notices and the client will not receive the notice, go to spam or their email is outdated in our system. Just want to cover our basis here.
7) Regarding DNS management, can you state something like Adecor may discontinue/disconnect DNS control if a website is no longer serviced by Adecor.
8) Email services, I would like to add that any one-site, phone or email support related to email services may result in fees over and above the typical fees associated with their email plan. Adecor is not responsible for emails not being sent/received due to spam controls or blacklisted domains.
9) Let's leave VOIP out until I find a suitable provider
10) SMS Messaging, also use similar verbiage from Phone Tracking:
Adecor to send/receive SMS message activity. Phone numbers used under this service are owned by Adecor and leased to the Client for the duration of the service. Numbers are leased on plans that have monthly SMS message limits. If the Client exceeds its monthly quota of messages, the Client must pay for the overage in accordance with Adecor’s standard tariff in force from time to time.
11) Cloud Fax Services, also use similar verbiage from Phone Tracking:
