I have come to Uk to do my masters and settled in Uk through naturalization and hold a British passport after extending my work visas through handwork and in a legitimate way. We had an arranged marriage in India 2 years ago and sponsored my wife to lead a happy life. But later it turned out she purely used me to come to Uk to work. My wife doesn’t have educational background and there is no possibility to come to Uk except through spouse visa.
since she came to Uk she she was always abusive physically and mentally and used to take all my hard earned money. She harassed me and blackmailed me saying she would charge with DV case if i don’t listen to her orders. she stated being abusive towards my Old parents in India as well, which i have the recordings. She than started befriending other flat mate and started seeing him. She used to say that she likes my neighbor all the time. that really broke my heart.
My parents in india asked us to come over to India and stay with them for a while until the issues are resolved so we can go to family counseling to make the relationship healthy again which she didn’t like. I always looked after her even when is jobless for 4 months as i was always employed.
we both went to india for counseling after she agreed , in the counseling talks, both the sides of parents decided we come back and stay in India which she agreed. So i came to Uk to bring all the household items and clear the house. She than came to UK with out any notice to the house when i was packing and called the police. the police came and she said she said she is being abused by my mother (who always stayed in india) the police didn’t take any action or file any charges as they saw she is being loud and her behavior was abnormal. they just separated us in good faith. I explained to them they she is taking advantage of ILR option through DV route. the police were really helpful and dropped m to train station to go back to India to initiate the talks. The police even warned her twice that he will be locked up as she is dragging me with my arms in front of the police and being very loud.
She has called the police purely to get evidence, but no caution or charge were made against me. since than i didnt see her .
she said she is going to apply for ILR with proofs: police intervention (although no caution was given at the time) and also wants to use her friend as false witness. i want you help me by writing to Home office that i was never had any sort of violence on her and in fact she had always been violent towards me physically and mentally. and purely used system to come and settle in UK with the help of her friend (neighbor) where she is use to spend most of time in his flat.
she is very malicious and i am sure she even makes photos of her self harmed wounds which she used to use to blackmail me. so i assume she will use 3 main evidences:
her friend (neighbour) false witness
false self made wounds photos
Please write to Home office that the above 2 are fabricated evidences as a counter claim and she purely used these to settle in Uk through DV route. i have never committed any sort of violence against her. I even wrote to curtailment team to cancel her visa.
there are no other police reports/criminal reports filed against me and i am staying away from her now because she threatens and emotional blackmails me and accuse me that i hit her if i stay with her.
