- Looking for a SEO Manager/Leader to take over my brand new website. Must have 5+ years of experience with SEO. Must have 2+ years of management/leader exp.
Must be able to delegate tasks and manage other employees.
Must be proficient with Asana and Slack
Responsibilities and Requirements for position
Must have the experience above and be an
Expertise in back links creation, Google ranking and SEO
Create 80 Quality back links per month
Off Page SEO/ On Page SEO
Coordinate with the team and manage daily tasks
Share DAILY report of work and improvements that are needed
Manage team tasks
Your Monthly work
1) Create backlinks on high authority sites (60 backlinks per month)
2) Everyday updating the website stats and website audit report
3) Everyday asking all members about their work and suggesting them on more optimization
4) Everyday check in with me and let me know what was done on the team
5) SEO fixes and suggestions
6)Infographic designing and video editing also - Another team member will show you how if you don’t know how to do this and guide you
7)adding infographic on some high ranking sites like visual.ly and Pinterest this will help in ranking and also creating a quality backlinking - Another employee will guide you on how to do this…
9) Suggestions on how to improve on a weekly and monthly basis
Offer suggestions regarding the Google ads on how to improve them and I will relay them to my other employee
10) Check the work of one other employee in pending tasks on Asana daily
11) Assign 3 tasks a day to employee and 2 for yourself.
