Description: I have another website I am creating and would like to have some research done. I feel I know my target market VERY well along with their painpoints but I would like some outside research to be compiled for clarification purposes.

This would be a website with information, guides, training and tools to help people manage their money better and reach their goals as quickly as possible. Very much around helping people change their mindset about their money situation. It is a worldwide website.

Hence the research would be to ascertain the following:
* What pain points are people having in relation to money and financial matters
* What do they think is the current solution/s and what solutions are they looking for
* What mindset are they in - how do they think/feel etc.
* The best ways of delivering information - video (in english), written guides etc

Along with this I would also like a report on some of the best places to advertise this website to around the world. This doesn't need to be "Specific" websites but more a summary on where most of these people are hanging out.

Please provide a quote and your experience doing a similar job.
