Description: I'm looking for an SEO Guy or Gal that has knowledge about creating citations, backlinks, building simple websites, and PBN's.

To know how serious and able to handle the tasks, do this for me:

1) Find a local business in the pest control niche in Florida.

2) Build two backlinks that would help that business to rank. Build a few citations.

3) Find two images that can be used on the site and are relevant.

4) Write 150 - 200 words of quality content that could be used on the website.
