I need help making my website come up Page 1 Google!

I'm looking for help with SEO to make my website found on the first page of Google!

I maintain my own website through Wix.com, and have tried to follow SEO advice online, but cannot seem to get my website reached in the right places on Google.

My business is a Health & Well-Being clinic and we offer many different therapies. I want for people to be able to Google the therapy in our local town and village and for us to come top! At the moment I can't seem to find us until about page 4-5, if anything!
