- Hello!
My name is Michelle and I am the Director, People & Culture at Wordbank, a Denver-based marketing and translation company.
We are creating tailored ad-copy for one of our largest HR clients and we seek to gain insights from an HR professional in Germany so we can better engage with our audience. We are currently comparing the responses to A/B tests that we are running on Google, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
We seek to do a 30 minute interview with an HR professional with 5+ years in HR at a large company in Germany. We propose to do this interview via video using Skype or Google Hangouts.
Here are a few examples of the questions:
How important is HR (also called people management) in large businesses in your country? Do you think new-age HR technology is fairly well-known or discussed in your country? How important is it for companies to not only invest in these kind of technologies, but also make sure they are actively utilized?
What are hot topics in the HR / people management space in you country? Right now in the US, there is a lot of talk around “disrupting” HR and about the importance of continuously listening to employees. Are these also trends you are seeing in your country?
What company names, if any, do you think of when you think of HR experts, consultants and/or technology providers in your country?
The interviews can take place from 8:30 AM-4 PM, Mountain Standard Time any time this week.
