Description: We're looking to hire an SEO expert in the area of white-hat backlink building, specifically through guest posting. The keywords are already identified, the content is already written; now we're just looking for someone to drive backlinks back to our site.

As this is an on-going full-time job, the contractor must be able and willing to do backlink outreach; pulling sites from a pre-existing spreadsheet isn't enough.

Compensation:

You will be compensated on a per-backlink basis. Meaning, you are only paid IF backlinks are delivered. The $ rate for every backlink delivered through guest posts is $50/link, this price must include web master's fee (if there is one), your outreach fee, and writing fee.

Since most bidders never read the requirements, and to separate you from the spammers, please write the word "Panda" as the first line of your bid.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Strong WHITE HAT off-page SEO link building experience (3+ years)
- Ability to acquire and drive a consistent flow of backlinks, preferably through guest posts
- Strong communication skills, proficient with English, can speak via Skype
- Timely execution (following all deadlines)
