- Description
- Looking for a writer to write an ebook on how to improve customer service/experience for public sector/non-profit organisations. The target audience is executives, senior managers and decision makers in public sector organisations. The eBook must be at least 20 pages. I would like it to be completed within 10 days of the start of the project.
The book will be based on similar concepts from 'The Customer Experience Book: How to design, measure and improve customer experience in your business' by Alan Pennington. You will get some direction about what the ebook should cover.
You should be able to do independent research to fill out the content. I will provide you with some resources to help you out and will be willing to answer any questions that you have. Here are some resources:

The target market is the UK but you can use stories and case studies from Europe, Australia and America. The writing style must be engaging, with a inspirational tone of voice.
Content should be original. No plagiarism will be tolerated. (copyspace premium or equivalent checked)
This will be used as a lead magnet and eventually be sold on Amazon Kindle.
Please include a table of contents and a brief synopsis of the content.
This is a pretty straightforward project. I will be there to answer questions, give you directions, and give you feedback on what you produce.
Payment will be prompt, and if you give me a good product I will leave you positive feedback, use your services for further projects and recommend you to other employers.
In your bid, please include the following:
1. What price would you charge per page?
2. How long it will realistically take you to finish the completed project?
3. At least two samples of your work.
Thank you for your bid. Hopefully, we can work together soon.
Regards,
John.
